SHIPPING COSTS AND DURATION

Our logistics partner DHL will deliver your insured shipment within 2-3 days within Germany. International shipments, however, need about 4-6 business days depending on the destination.

In order to track your shipment, we will send you a link to this effect by email with every order, which will keep you informed online about when you can hold your Glove Punk delivery in your hands.

Important information for deliveries to Switzerland: Customs duties and import sales tax are not covered by Glove Punk . We ask you to pay these directly to the parcel carrier upon receipt of the package.

 

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS LATER?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your shipping address once the payment process has been completed, as your order is usually processed and shipped immediately after payment is received. Please contact us at [email protected] in case there is a problem with the shipping address, and we will try to resolve this issue with the shipping provider to your satisfaction. However, it would be best if you simply check your details again before completing your order! 

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as the goods are on their way to you, you will receive an email from us with the shipping confirmation. In it you will find a link to the DHL shipping homepage, which you can use to track the whereabouts and arrival time of your order.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the shipment status to update, as DHL packages are sometimes not recorded until they arrive at the distribution center. If the shipment status has still not changed after 2 business days, please contact us by email at [email protected] with your order number and we will investigate the shipment status with DHL.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE DELIVERY IS FAULTY OR INCOMPLETE?

In the unusual event that you have received an incorrect or faulty delivery, please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number and please briefly describe the circumstances (preferably with one/two photos as documentation, if useful).

We will then get in touch with you at short notice to sort out the problem and make you happy again.
