REASONS FOR COMPLAINT
Glove Punk has set itself the goal of providing woman goalkeepers with the perfect tools to achieve optimum performance in a competitive environment. Especially with handmade products, it can sometimes happen that - due to faulty material or processing - products may have defects. If this should be the case with your Glove Punks, we apologize and invite you to contact us at info@glove-punk.com . Our goal will always be to solve the problem to your complete satisfaction. Of course, your feedback also helps us to constantly improve.
Therefore, in case of a complaint, please send us your order number and a meaningful photo to [email protected]
Please note that there are significantdifferences between production defects and wear and tear in goalkeeper gloves.A goalkeeper's glove is constantly subjected to a great deal of stress during use, which results in natural abrasion and wear.
This is generally not a reason for complaint if it does not occur after an unnaturally short period of use.
If there is a production defect, we will of course replace your glove free of charge. Production defects can be for example:

DAMAGE WHEN PULLING OFF THE FILM
Each Glove Punk glove is protected by a film to protect the latex optimally until the first use. We therefore ask you to be careful when removing this film, as the latex can sometimes be slightly damaged due to the nature of the material, but this does not constitute grounds for complaint.
The damage is usually caused by the film being pulled off too abruptly. Also sharp fingernails often contribute to damage of the latex. However, do not worry, because these small damages can not diminish the excellent grip of our Glove Punks and the gloves can therefore be used normally with the highest reliability and best quality characteristics.
NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR ON GOALKEEPER GLOVES
Without friction, there is no wear. However, without friction, you also have no grip.
You already know this from normal life when you drive a car or bicycle. Over time, your tire or brake wears out due to friction. Similarly, when catching the ball and contact of the latex with the ground when pike.
The softer the adhesive foam, the better the grip.
This of course affects the durability of your glove. We use professional and soft latex to ensure grip properties. The grip will help you later to decide about victory or defeat in goal.
Due to the soft adhesive foam you have a slightly shorter lifetime of your glove. How you can maximize this, however, please see the following tips:

Always play your gloves wet

Do not carry goals or ball nets with your gloves on

Never leave your gloves in the sun

Care for your gloves regularly after use (at least once a week).
HOW DO I PROCEED WITH A COMPLAINT?
Should a justified complaint arise unexpectedly, we ask you to proceed as follows:

Contact us with your order number (and preferably with a picture of the problem) at [email protected]

We will answer you immediately (max. 48 hours) and take up the complaint.

We will then exchange the product or - if you wish - transfer the amount back to you.
